Apartments

Our apartments “BIRKE” and “ZIRBE” are located on the first floor in our new house which was built in the year 2011. They are spacious and furnished in modern style. A fireplace and the rooms which were made of fragrant pine wood with a soothing effect ensure South Tyrolean comfort. From the large balcony you enjoy great views over the dolomites in particular to “Siusi” and the “Altopiano dello sciliar”.

BIRKE:
• 55 m² (for 2 - 5 people)
• 1 double bed room made of pine wood with comfort beds (length: 2,20 m)
• 1 bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin, hair drier and a infrared sauna as little EXTRA, where you can relax after an exhausting hiking or skiing day
• 1 kitchen/living room with SAT-TV, internet/WLAN, a large bed sofa, a kitchen unit with ceramic hob, dish washer, refrigerator and micro wave
• 1 large balcony with deck chairs, table and chairs

ZIRBE:
• 75 m² (for 4 - 8 people)
• 2 double bed rooms made of pine wood with comfort beds (length: 2,20 m)
• 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, wash basin, hair drier and a infrared sauna as little EXTRA, where you can relax after an exhausting hiking or skiing day
• 1 kitchen/living room with SAT-TV, internet/WLAN, a large bed sofa, a kitchen unit with ceramic hob,
dish washer, refrigerator and micro wave, water boiler and coffee machine with sufficient cooking and eating crockery
• 1 large balcony with deck chairs, table and chairs - Especially suitable for families and couples

• heated ski storage and depot for hiking boots
• shared washing machine (ski depot in the cellar)

Antiallergic
Our apartments are especially suitable for allergy sufferers. The comfort blankets (1.55 x 2.20 m), pillows and cushions and padding are made of allergy-friendly materials, furthermore we have no carpets and curtains. The underfloor heating ensures less dust dispersion and a central vacuum cleaner transports the dust from the room. A ventilation system with appropriate filters keeps out allergenic substances and ensures that the humidity ranges in the green area, which prevents mold formation. Furthermore pets are NOT allowed in the apartments because we take allergy sufferers into consideration.

Pets are welcome in the rooms of the main building!!

Motorcyclists are welcome!
Motor cyclists will be pleased about sufficient space in our garage for their motorcycles. Moreover we provide a lifting platform and tool so that minor repairs can easily be done.
